NIRBHAYA - An initiative to tell your own story

Unwanted sexual remarks by a man to a woman in a public place is defined as eve teasing by the Google Baba.

But this does not explains the intensity of the situation, there is much more to it.
We ignore to see that it has disastrous consequences Leading to serious psychological problems and even sometimes young girls committing suicide.

it is so evident that it can be seen almost everywhere at educational institution, places of worship, bus stand, metro station, railway stations, cinema theaters, parks, places of festival, streets or any other similar place where a man can find a girl easily on his mark.

Every citizen in this country has the right to live with dignity and honor which is a fundamental right guaranteed under constitution of India.

Under Indian panel code, There are several provisions which describe and define eve teasing. The recent amendment in the Criminal Law Act 2013 even expresses eve teasing as a expressed offence

But I don't think I need to tell you how ineffective these laws are when it comes to practicality .The loopholes of our law system or Judiciary are well-known to all of us.

The issue of women security is only Raised when tragedy like Nirbhaya rape case take place and after some time it is forgotten.

It is so Ironic to see how women who is considered a goddess on one side is maltreated like this by the same People on the other side and then also blamed for being maltreated because of her clothing, behavior or character or any other reason.

I HOPE WE DON'T NEED MORE MORE NIRBHAYA CASES IN INDIA TO WAKE US UP

INJUSTICE ANYWHERE IS THREAT TO JUSTICE EVERYWHERE

LETS FIGHT TOGETHER, NOT TO WIN BUT TO CHANGE

The irony of our fundamental rights...

Unfortunately we live in a democratic country in which citizens are not allowed to practice even fundamental rights like right to speech, right to choose and freedom for expression. These rights are only seen as mere text in Constitution with no practical usage.

The biggest communal riot in the world was the partition of India and Pakistan which was merely a resultant of religion when attached to politics.Everything is good until we don't connect religion with politics.

The Hindus and Muslims have always coexisted with no conflict and with their own identity and religious consciousness. The politics separated them.

Even after such a big mistake we are not learning for the past  instead doing the same since decades.

Hindus have always suppressed the minority classes whether it is Muslims,Sikhs, Christians or any other religion.
They have always shown their dominance and killed thousands of people for the sake of maintaining their majority
I don't understand Why do they have  a problem of attaching a political angle to everything
Today also we can see this shocking news after The Kashmir and JNU violence another case of conflict when a totally different political angle was attached to the situation in Ramjas where a mere seminar was seen as a danger to nation by the ABVP goons Assuming that Umar Khalid was speaking anti national even before the seminar who has not been declared anti national till now.
The politicians hipe things for their benefit, misuse their power and ignore the disastrous result of the action.

I don't understand
When will our politicians start working for the betterment of the *COUNTRY INDIA*
AND
*NOT SEPARATING THEM BY CONGRESS, BJP etc*
Enough now,
We only know to compare our country with America but we forget the fact that those countries focus on the development of the country and keep the internal problems secondary
But here in our country we are just tangled into India-Pakistan and Hindu-Muslim issue
The grass root truth is even today if you go to a village in India where both Hindu and Muslims live. You will find that there is no conflict between them because they both respect each others religion.
The conflict arises with politics

So today i would like to urge you people to stop blaming what police did ,What ABVP did or what the Ramjas students did.

Lets just stop blaming others
And think of what we can do on our part ..

MAKING A DIFFERENCE...

                                          https://youtu.be/HvR5j0sCnbs

The LGBT community or GLBT community, is a grouping of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) and LGBT-supportive people, organizations, and subcultures, united by a common culture and social movements. These communities generally celebrate pride, diversity, individuality, and sexuality.

LGBT communities may organize themselves into, or support, movements for civil rights promoting LGBT rights in various places around the world.

Problems Faced by LGBT People:

Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) people face tremendous
difficulties growing up in a society where heterosexuality is often presented as the only acceptable orientation
and homosexuality is regarded as deviant. They continue to face discrimination and exclusion across the world

in all spheres of life.

What to do?
We need to understand that they are normal people like us and we had no one to impose the rights and wrongs on them
We need to change our perspective towards the world

So let's give them the right they deserve
equality
acceptance
support
and
respect

Lets create a new world with a new perspective

DEMONETISATION- FOR GOOD

Why are we being so impatient about it?
Everything has its good and bad effects
Lets not complicate it
N just think once whether is it going to be good or not for country
Atleast it a BIG step forward by the government to do something against the big issue of black money.
I dont know whether it is good or bad for the country
Atleast our government has taken a bold step to improve our system
N i think being the citizens of this country we should support this
Forget about its being done by BJP or Congress
Think it as a initiative by the government to do something good
The effect will be good or bad we don't know
yes i agree that implementation could have been better
but lets not take just that into considerationWhen the government doesn't do anything we blame them that they only say but dont do anything
So for the first time the government has done something very unique that is good for the country in long run
Lets just support our country

Diwali,Crackers,Pollution,Noise, Accidents and more

Diwali is India's big festival. Diwali means rows of lighted lamps.
It is a festival of lights and all Indian Hindus celebrate it.
It is celebrated to mark the return of Lord Ram from 14 years of exile and his victory over the demon Ravan.
During this festival, people light up their homes and shops, to welcome the goddess of wealth and fortune, Lakshmi to welcome her in to give them good luck for the year ahead.  and Lord Ganesh for good welfare and prosperity.
People believe that on this day, Hindu Goddess Laxmi enters only those houses which are neat and tidy. People offer prayers for their own health, wealth and prosperity. They leave the light on in buildings in their belief that Goddess Laxmi will find no difficulty in finding her way in.
People light up their houses, put diyas ,candles and burn crackers to mark it as returning of Lord Rama in happiness.

In the name of making the goddess happy people tend to pollute the environment as the firecrackers create a lot of pollution which is harmful for all living beings.
